Google Cloud together with VMware Inc. announced the launch of the Google Cloud VMware Solution by CloudSimple, a service that allows companies to run VMware workloads on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
This solution offers customers flexibility and a variety of new options for running VMware workloads: on-premise, on hybrid infrastructure, and in the cloud. With this collaboration, customers can easily port VMware Cloud Foundation at GCP.
"Not a few customers who hope to be able to run mission-critical workloads, such as workload from VMware, on Google Cloud," said Thomas Kurian, CEO of Google Cloud. According to Thomas Kurian, Google Cloud is proud to partner with VMware to realize the customer's expectations.
