Avaya ReadyNow gives enterprise customers access to Avaya integrated communication solutions and contact centers that are used in a private cloud environment. The private cloud offering includes pre-configured standard packages and usage-based billing. Since ReadyNow includes the same application that Avaya customers already have from on-premise know solutions, a smooth transition to the cloud is possible.
ReadyNow is sent through an international data center network hosted by Avaya or partners, making this solution available in 34 countries. Both in the UK and Germany, data centers supported by Avaya now operate to enable local businesses to meet local data protection and compliance requirements.
This data center provides a pre-built virtual private cloud with interoperability with existing Avaya applications and devices. Special software allows Avaya customers to add special security measures when needed and to work in a hybrid environment. For large organizations, ReadyNow also offers customization options designed to ensure a consistent user experience and smooth business processes during the transition.

EcoPrivate Cloud: FullStack Contact Center and Unified Communications offering is a private cloud solution for businesses with up to 3,000 users. This includes a complete Avaya-powered telephone solution (managed service).
